Tiki bar to survive??

The plan to acquire the properties through eminent domain is being replaced with a plan to approach property owners with offers to buy the properties, and if the owners don’t want to sell, eminent domain will be withdrawn.

Jim Finegan, owner of the Tiki Bar, said despite living a nightmare not knowing if the business he’s worked hard to establish over the past 17 years would be taken from him, he’s happy with the supervisors’ decision.
